The new Audi R8 LMS will enter production

Audi Sport announced the start of production of its new R8 LMS from September 21 before the first deliveries are made from October 26. This new GT3, compliant with the future regulations of the category at least until 2018, develops a power of 585hp (variable according to the championship regulations).

The brand with the Rings offered itself a great promotion of its new R8 LMS in winning the 24 Hours of Nürburgring (Germany) with Team WRT and the Mies-Sandström-Müller-Vanthoor crew and 2 places on the podium of the 24 Hours of Spa with 2nd place for Stippler-Müller-Ortelli (Team WRT) ahead of Mamerow-Mies-Thiim (Phoenix Racing).

The new Audi R8 LMS will be sold from €359 and €000 with a specific package… VAT not included. Audi believes it can produce 45 models before the end of March 2016.
