Nascar – Kenseth still ahead of Kyle Busch at Loudon

Matt Kenseth earns his second consecutive Chase victory, his seventh of the season, becoming the second driver after Richard Petty to win in his 500th start. Joe Gibbs Racing scored the same double as in Chicago with Kyle Busch in second place. Greg Biffle (Roush Fenway Racing) also put in a good performance, completing the top three ahead of Jimmie Johnson (Hendrick Motorsports). Dale Earnhardt Jr (Hendrick) limited the damage after his disastrous first weekend by finishing sixth behind Jamie McMurray (Earnhardt Ganassi Racing).

Carl Edwards (Roush Fenway Racing) took ninth place ahead of Martin Truex Jr (Michael Waltrip Racing). Kurt Busch (Furniture Row Racing), 13th, leads a field of Chasers composed in order by Joey Logano (Penske Racing), Jeff Gordon (Hendrick), Ryan Newman (Stewart-Haas Racing) and Clint Bowyer (Michael Waltrip). Kevin Harvick (Richard Childress Racing) barely enters the top 20. Kasey Kahne (Hendrick) finishes at the back of the peloton after contact with the low wall.
