Porsche Carrera Cup France-C1: Hugo Chevalier leaves his mark

La première manche de la Porsche Carrera Cup France a souri à Hugo Chevalier et au Team Martinet by Alméras ce dimanche à Nogaro.

The driver of the Philippe Alméras team had nevertheless missed his takeoff against his teammate and reigning champion Ayhancan Güven, but the Turk was unable to retain the benefit of his best start, Chevalier regaining the advantage in the double right of Caupenne.

If Chevalier escaped for a while, Güven did not give up and gradually returned to the leader's wheels in the last ten minutes. The defending champion, however, will never find the opening and lets Hugo Chevalier win.

Florian Latorre (RMS) completes the podium ahead of the returning Côme Ledogar (Team 85 Bourgoin) and Marvin Klein (Pierre Martinet by Alméras), who battled for a long time against Côme Ledogar.

In Pro-Am, Nicolas Misslin (Racing Technology) won, while victory in Am went to Jérôme Boullery (Racing Technology).
