Toyota unveils its GR Supra GT4 concept

Si Toyota is not directly present in the GT3 category, except via its subsidiary Lexus and its RC F, the Japanese brand is working on an arrival in GT4. The proof with this concept GR Supra GT4 unveiled on the sidelines of the Geneva Motor Show.

Based on the future road model of the Supra, which will make its comeback in the Toyota range, this concept benefits from the developments carried out by the Aichi entity, notably with an ultra-light bodywork and a very low center of gravity.

Mechanically, the GR Supra GT4 features the 3,0-liter 6-cylinder in-line supercharged engine block. Specific rear wing, reworked suspensions and brakes modified accordingly are part of the package of this GT4.

If the Supra model is engaged in Nascar Xfinity Series in the United States, we should see this GT4 at the start of the 24 Hours of Nürburgring in June, in the SP8T category. Before arriving in Europe in the GT4 European Series or in FFSAGT ?
