Vernay in Pure ETCR with Romeo Ferraris

Decided at the last minute, the association between Team Mulsanne and Jean-Karl Vernay is here to stay. Thanks to the Italian structure, the Frenchman found a steering wheel at the last minute for the 2020 WTCR season. At the wheel of theAlfa Romeo Giulia of Romeo Ferraris, Vernay currently occupies eighth place in the championship.

He seems to have found his happiness in the small trans teamalpine since Vernay will be one of the three drivers entered by Romeo Ferraris in Pure ETCR in 2021, for the debut of the electric series.

The 32-year-old driver will compete against Mattias Ekström or Jordi Gené, the first drivers to have been announced in a Cupra ETCR. “I am happy to have the opportunity to contribute to this unique new project.
