WTCC – Campos Racing signs up Hugo Valente and Fernando Monje

Barely announced, the new formation of Campos Racing, who has just joined forces with Joan Orus to enter two Seat Leons 1,6 L Turbos in the WTCC this season, has just presented its two drivers for 2013. And it is a young duo which is put in place by Adrian Campos and his new partner since it is the Spaniard Fernando Monje, and the Frenchman Hugo Valente, both aged 20.

The first was crowned ETCC champion in 2012 and was seen last season in the WTCC with Sunred and Tuenti. For his first full-time season, the Spaniard will aim for the Independents title. As for the French pilot, he also tried his hand at this discipline last year. It was in Shanghai with Sunred. Unlike his new teammate, Hugo Valente will only start his season from the fourth round, in Hungary, on the Budapest circuit.
