In search of the first titles in Magny!

Three stages whose success cannot be denied, which produce superb fights and which will award, on this occasion, the first laurels of the 2015 V de V list Endurance Series. The setting is idyllic, because Magny-Cours is a magnificent and interesting circuit with its variety of very technical portions, such as the curves of Estoril, the Nürburgring or Imola? It has been on the calendar for more than 20 years, is not very far from Paris, Burgundy is a beautiful region, with good people, and I have strong ties there. It?s a shame that he no longer welcomes F1 because he deserved it. Serge Saulnier, who has been running the circuit for several years now, spares no effort to develop the site and maintain the quality of the place. The track team led by Philippe Decharne is very professional and it is always a pleasure to work with them. We feel good there, in short. Every year, as it is the last opportunity to bring together all the platters, we organize a gigantic party on Friday evening where nearly a thousand people gather, in the presence of our loyal partners who offer very nice prizes to the sound of ?a country orchestra. Party as we know how to do it at V de V? This year again, don't miss it. We are waiting for you ! »

6 Hours V de V Endurance Proto: if open?

The first five meetings of the season saw four different crews take the top step of the podium. This statistic testifies to the impossibility of making the slightest prediction and if it occupies the leadership today, the trio Dannielou / Maulini / Wolff (n°33) owes it to its two victories, the last obtained during the 12 Hours of Castellet, at coefficient 2. Another crew racing on a Norma M20 FC CD Sport, Accary, Bole Besançon and Foubert (n°31) occupy today Today the third step on the provisional podium, which is grouped into 13,5 small points and on which they frame the German Petersen. The latter, who found the duo Gachnang / Faggionato in the Var on the Norma n°41 of the Palmyr team. The first Ligier JS53 Evo 2 appears at the foot of the podium, thanks to Patrice and Paul Lafargue who defend the colors of IDEC Sport Racing. In the Prestige category, finally, domination is currently at Team One with André / G. and R. Striebig.

Funyo V de V Challenge: endurance as an apotheosis

With 11 victories under his belt in 2015, compared to 4 for his closest rival Gwénaël Delomier, and 69 points ahead, Romain Houllier seems to be heading straight towards the title. The final podium is however far from assured, because if his rival can still steal the crown from him, and mathematically Cédric Gardin, Cyril Denis can still seek, for his part, the honorary title of vice-champion. 45 points separate him from Delomier while there are 90 left to distribute. The day after this season finale which will bring together the traditional, richly stocked field of 35 Funyos, around twenty competitors will compete in an exceptional one-hour endurance test, for two drivers, with a pit stop of five minutes required. A final fireworks display offered to the loyal Challenge competitors before meeting again next year!

V de V HCV Endurance Challenge: Porsche ? Or Chevron?

At the dawn of the end of a season which will have taken the Historic Competition Vehicle competitors from Barcelona to Magny-Cours, the forecasts are in favor of a Porsche victory. Consistent since the start, Franck Thybaud is approaching this final stage as leader at the wheel of his Porsche 944 Cup from the AB Sport Auto team. However, beware of the formidable Bernard Moreau, whose superb Porsche 911 3,0 RSR is only 17,5 points behind him, or of Didier Cruvelier who can still claim the top-3 with his 911 3,0 liters. John Doe, who occupies the third step of the provisional podium with his Chevron B60, can still make everyone agree!

4 Hours Endurance GT / Tourism: taking a break before the final

Taking advantage of two unlucky races by reigning champions Patrice and Paul Lafargue (Porsche 911 GT3-R – IDEC Sport Racing) in Dijon, then in Castellet, the trio Jean-Paul Pagny / Thiery Perrier / Jean-Bernard Bouvet (Ferrari 458 GT2 – VIsiom) widens the gap at the top with a solid lead over second place now occupied by Montermini / Cordoni / Zanuttini (Ferrari 458 GT3 – AF Corse). Fourth overall, the duo Kanaroglou / Campos (Mosler – Escuelas Espanola de Pilotos) leads in GTV2, while Calari / Alexander David (GC10-V8 – GC Automobile) dominates the S1 class reserved for Silhouettes. For victory in Burgundy, however, we will also have to count on the LM P3s which animated the previous event, with the first success of the LNT team's Ginetta.

Challenge Single seat V de V: almost a formality for Droux

If this last round of the Single-Seater Challenge was not played at a coefficient of 1,5, David Droux would have already taken the crown during the previous event at Paul Ricard, he who only let one victory slip away this season . This therefore leaves hope for Riccardo Cazzaniga, the only one who can steal from him, while Oscar Arcila, Gilles Heriau, Julien Falchero and Pietro Peccenini (also first Gentleman) can still finish in the final trio.
