This time, nothing and no one managed to deprive him of victory. A few hours after largely leading Race 1 but finishing in 4th position due to the breakage of his front wing support, Esteban Masson took his revenge by making a big comeback from 7th place. He won ahead of Noah Andy and Hugh Barter, the latter having also moved up five positions.
After grabbing a few places at the start, the championship leader got rid of Gaël Julien and Dario Cabanelas in the same place in two laps. The retirement of Adam Szydlowski resulted in the appearance of a Safety Car, which allowed Masson to pass Gerazi then Noah Andy before flying away for victory.
Also note the good race of Daniel Ligier, who finished just off the podium despite the reversed grid. Winner of Race 1 earlier in the day, Macéo Capietto had a complicated start to the evening, finishing out of the points (14th). The No. 5 was indeed caught by Owen Tangavelou on the last lap while the two men were fighting for 10th place. Dario Cabanelas wins on the Junior side.
