Certainly, there will be many of them making their debut in Formula 2 in Jeddah (December 5) next weekend. After Clément Novalak with MP Motorsport, Olli Caldwell (Campos) and Logan sargeant (HWA Racelab), it is the turn of Jack Doohan (MP Motorsport) to announce his debut in F2.
The Australian, vice-champion of Formula 3, will have the opportunity to try his hand at Formula 2 before possibly completing the entirety of next season. He has in fact signed for the last two rounds of the season in Jeddah and Abu Dhabi with MP Motorsport. He will replace Richard Verschoor, who is plagued by budget concerns.
Associated with Clément Novalak at Trident in F3, the Aussie will find his teammate at MP Motorsport, since the Habs will also discover the category. According to our information, Jack Doohan is expected to join UNI-Virtuosi for the 2022 season. There will in any case be four new drivers on the grid next weekend.
Unfortunately this is the end of the season for me. It wasn't meant to be, lack of budget has decided I will not continue in @ formula2. Money has always been my biggest rival and this time it did beat me, on the other hand; If one door closes, another door will open. Thanks you❤️ pic.twitter.com/hcdjULpmdD
