The wait was long but Oliver Bearman (Prema) finally entered the winner's circle in F3 this season. To achieve this, the Englishman had to wait, a lot of patience. After a turbulent start with the intervention of the Safety Car from the 2e lap, the race was interrupted for several minutes following the accident involving Zane Maloney (Trident) and Oliver Goethe (Campos).

On the restart, Oliver Bearman did not flinch. At the head of the peloton, the Prema driver managed his subject perfectly, immediately sheltering himself from an attack from Brad Benavides (Carlin) or Jonny Edgar (Trident). From then on, the protégé of the Ferrari Driver Academy was able to secure his shot, reaching the finish first with almost 5 seconds ahead of his closest pursuers. He then offered himself his first victory in the category after having already climbed the 3e and 2e podium steps this year.

Leclerc and Hadjar in the points, Martins penalized

Forced to the feat and especially to the climb from 20th position and beyond, Arthur Leclerc (Prema) and Isack Hadjar (Hitech GP) succeeded in their duties, not Victor Martins (ART Grand Prix). Taking advantage of the various racing events which allowed them to grab positions here and there, the first two mentioned showed their top speed to enter the Top 10 at the finish. Arthur Leclerc was the best in the exercise with a 5th place while Isack Hadjar moved up to 9th place.

Recovered by the patrol after having missed the start, Victor Martins received a drive-through while the race was neutralized after the collision between Zane Maloney and Oliver Goethe. Passing through the pit lane from the restart, the Habs tried to come back but the damage was already done, unable to go beyond 22nd place.
