Barcelona tests postponed in turn

A few days after announcing the postponement of the first of the two pre-season testing phases scheduled for February 25 and 26 in Jerez, F3 also formalized the postponement of the second testing phase, which was to take place in Barcelona on March 16 and 17. 

In question, the travel ban on British nationals on Spanish territory, which has been extended for the moment until March 16 by the Iberian health authorities. This provision effectively prevents English teams such as Carlin and Hitech Grand Prix from taking part in testing, as do drivers and other personnel from the United Kingdom. New pre-season test dates will be announced at a later date.
