A pilot Red Bull received the winner's trophy at the Red Bull Ring (Austria), but he is not a resident of the Formula 1, but from Formula 3. Jüri Vips (Hitech GP) won the Long Race of the discipline this Saturday June 29.

The 18-year-old Estonian had never raised his arms before in the discipline. Qualified in third place, the 2017 German Formula 4 champion overtook Max Fewtrell (ART Grand Prix) on the third lap, then pole sitter Marcus Armstrong (Prema) on the fifth lap.
The positions then no longer changed. The championship leader, Robert Shwartzman (Prema), who started ninth, finished fifth after a battle with Pedro Piquet (Trident, 6th) and Jake Hughes (HWA, 7th). All the competitors saw the checkered flag, with the exception of Teppei Natori (Carlin), forced to retire after a mechanical problem at the start, and Fabio Scherer (Charouz).
