Prost without exhaust

“The day was very frustrating,” comments Nicolas Cheers. “Our performances at the start of the weekend were completely reasonable, even if it is difficult to get to grips with the track conditions at Portimao. Unfortunately, a broken exhaust and then a braking problem put an end to our hopes. There was nothing to do: in the first case, we lost three seconds per lap and, in the second, it was almost impossible to slow down the car. We now have to put this disappointment behind us and, even if it will be difficult to get into the points from so far away, I will do my best to take advantage of the slightest opportunity. »

Nicolas Prost will start from 18th place in the first race and 19th place in the second.
