Thanks to its generous superlicense points and its high visibility in winter, the F3 Asia and F4 UAE continue to attract drivers and teams. Engaged in FRECA and F4 ADAC, the French team R-ace GP will compete in both championships from 2022, in partnership with the structure 3Y Technology, based in Dubai and which is already involved in these two championships, in addition to GT4.
“The aim of this new association is to allow 3Y Technology to rely on the expertise of R-ace GP in car, but also for R-ace GP to benefit from 3Y’s know-how on winter races to best prepare our drivers for the FRECA and F4 ADAC/Italy season” explained Thibaut de Merindol, the boss of the Vendée structure.

As a reminder, R-ace GP is specialized in Regional Formula 3 since it has notably enabled Max Fewtrell (2018) and Oscar piastri (2019) to be crowned Formula champion Renault ces dernières années.
For its part, 3Y Technology had driven Isack Hadjar with brillo in F3 Asia last year within the Evans GP structure, during the first three rounds. The Habs stood out by bringing back five podiums from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The calendars for the 2022 editions of F3 Asia and F4 UAE will be communicated very soon.
