If Pietro Fittipaldi (Lotus) again started from pole in Race 2 at Monza, it was once again his teammate René Binder who got the best start and took victory on the Italian circuit.
Roy Nissany (RP Motorsport) was the first leader of the event, but the Israeli emerged a good distance from the Austrian after the stops where the latter changed his tires at the best moment, taking advantage of the intervention of the safety car following the exit of the track of Damiano Fioravanti (RP Motorsport). Yu Kanamaru places a second FR 3.5 from the RP Motorsport team on the podium after having to resist pressure from Pietro Fittipaldi in the second half of the race.
Matevos Isakyaan (SMP Racing by AVF) completes the top five after starting from the pits, the Russian having stalled on the starting grid. He is ahead of Teo Martin Motorsport drivers Nelson Mason and Konstantin Tereschenko who received a 5s penalty for exceeding track limits.
Alfonso Celis Jr (Fortec Motorsports) retired after spinning and leaves the Championship lead to René Binder.
