Stage 4 – Ear still ahead at the Tour de Corse historique in Ajaccio

The Historical Tour of Corsica allows you to (re)visit mythical places of the “ Rally of 10 turns. This Friday, October 000, between Calvi and Ajaccio, along the Mediterranean Sea, the survivors were able to enjoy the Notre Dame de la Serra special and the Piana coves.

" Tomorrow (SATURDAY), I will normally have to drive “quietly” thanks to this gap”, announced the dashing sixty-year-old, who only has four special stages to complete before hoping to win this 20th edition in Porto-Vecchio.

Behind, two crews disappeared from the top 6: Jean-Paul Villa-Pierre-Antoine Bonifet (BMW, 4th the day before) and Pierre Lafay-Nicolas Mathon on their rare Mazda RX7 Group B (6th the day before). Setting out again in Rally 2 for fun, Robert Consani and Mickaël Camilli (Porsche) once again caused a panic in the times with the scratch at Notre Dame de la Serra, before breaking the engine of their 911.

In the Regularity class (VHRS), Christophe and Anne Baillet put their Porsche 911 Carrera RS in first place before another 911, that of Yves Deflandre and Jennifer Hugo. Saturday, the fifth stage will offer four ES from Ajaccio to Porto-Vecchio.

Stage 5 Program:

SS 17: Tavera-Bastelica from 8:53 a.m. (the VHRS will pass before the Competitions, as during the 1st stage)

SS 18: Albitreccia – Calzola from 10:11 a.m.
