After an intense duel against Florent Todeschini and Florian Barral, Matthieu Margaillan, co-driven by his sister Mathilde, won a round of the French Championship for the first time.

With a sunny first stage, then a second marked by showers making some braking difficult, the Castine 2023 was no exception to the rule and crowned a fine winner with Matthieu Margaillan. A true institution of the French Rally Championship on gravel, Castine is renowned for technical and mechanically demanding special stages. 

With a gap between the first two never exceeding more than 9”3, Florent Todeschini and Margaillan went blow for blow during this second meeting of the season.
