No surprises in the official entry list for the Rally from Mexico, which returns to the calendar WRC from March 16 to 19. There will be 10 Rally1s at the start of the Latin event, notably with the presence of Sébastien Ogier (Toyota). The eight-time world champion had already been confirmed by the Japanese team a few weeks ago. This will be his second appearance this season after his victory on the Monte-Carlo Rally in mid-January.

Among the others entered in the premier category, no surprises: Dani Sordo takes the place of Craig Breen et retrouve la 3e voiture chez Hyundai. Du côté de chez M-Sport, Jourdan Serderidis sera au départ du Rallye du Mexique dans une Ford Puma privée. Leader du championnat après sa victoire en Suède, Ott Tänak will have the honor (and the disadvantage) of opening the road on the first day of the event.

WRC2 field raised in Mexico

In Rally2, there will be 16 crews entered in Mexico, with a very tough field. Adrien fourmaux returns to the category aboard the Fiesta Rally2, and will be battling with two former WRC friends: Oliver Solberg and Gus Greensmith. The Briton will make his WRC2 debut this season aboard the Skoda Fabia RS. Nikolay Gryazin, Emil Lindholm and Kajetan Kajetanowicz will also represent the Czech brand, with a Skoda Fabia.
