The Swedish Rally route evolves

Le Rally of Sweden is preparing for big changes. Once again scheduled for the Umea region, on the shores of the Gulf of Bothnia in the east of the country, the Swedish event, which will take place from February 9 to 12, 2023, will present a somewhat different route next year .

The promoters have confirmed the integration of 3 new stages into the Swedish Rally program, two of them exceeding 20 kilometers, in addition to 4 others which have disappeared from the program. " VShis year, the Red Barn Arena will be an even more natural hub where each day of racing begins and ends, underlines Roland 'Mikro' Åström, in charge of the routes. This is where the presentation, the inauguration, the start and the decisive Power Stage will take place and where the service park will be located (…) All this is in line with our objective of organizing an intimate, friendly rally event for viewers, easy to watch and enjoy, also for new viewers and those who like to take things a little easier."
