Competitors for the 2020 Rally Sweden
The list of entrants Rally of Sweden scheduled for February 13 to 16 has been revealed. No less than 55 cars are expected at the start.
In addition to the drivers entered for the entire season, Craig Bren will return to Hyundai, replacing Sébastien Loeb. It will also be an opportunity to see Jari-Matti Latvala again who will be registered on a Toyota Private Yaris. Wildcard Deividas Jocius, already present at Monte-Carlo, will make his return in a Ford Fiesta WRC.
Pontus Tidemand will take on the other WRC 2 contenders in a Skoda Fabia R5. Adrien fourmaux will be the only Frenchman in the category at the wheel of his Ford Fiesta.
The WRC 3 category awaits Johan Kristoffersson in a Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 or Oliver Solberg supported by Skoda.
Rally Sweden organizers remain concerned due to the lack of snow on the stages. A decision on whether to hold the event is expected to be made in early February.
