It's fantastic. I have to say that this success is 100% due to Ott and Martin.

Why ?

We know we still have a lot of work to do. We weren't the fastest car, but they did a perfect job. After the difficult months we have been through, you can imagine what this means for the whole team. This victory sends the message that we are in the fight.

This was important in terms of motivating the team members. You need a driver who can push you. That’s what the really good ones do. They instill in the people around them the certainty that they can do the job. To do this, you need to align a leader.
