Ogier: the Ford could be even more efficient

“I am obviously happy with this result, assured the three-time world champion. We were in a tough position on Friday, but we were able to come back and get in the fight with Kris. I congratulate him and the Citroën team. They were very strong all weekend and we didn't have enough speed to catch them. They had a bit of luck in the last stage, but they deserved the victory. »

After the Monte-Carlo Rally, the Frenchman seems to want to fight for victory again during the Rallye des 10 Virages held on the weekend of April 000.

“I think the Ford Fiesta will be very comfortable on asphalt, perhaps even more so than on dirt, recognized Sébastien Ogier. We are still too slow in the technical sectors, I am still struggling with the balance of the car. We have a testing program planned and we may change our approach with the settings. »
