Tänak stopped at Rally Mexico shakedown

Ott Tänak starts off badly Rally from Mexico. The Estonian suffered a sensor problem on his Yaris WRC as he was about to complete his first pass in the shakedown. The championship leader will have to start without having been able to prepare properly.

Avec 5 passages, Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) a été le plus assidu. Le Gallois devance Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) et Teemu Suninen (M-Sport).

The Skoda Fabia R5s were the fastest in the WRC. Local Benito Guerra was responsible for setting the best time in 3'59''9.
