2023 calendar: “We are looking for a desert meeting”

Where are you with the 2023 calendar?
During the rally from Ypres, we had a meeting with the FIA and the manufacturers to take stock. We need to look very seriously at logistical issues. Since 2020, there have been some very detrimental changes. Previously, to get from South America to Kenya, it took 40 to 45 days at sea. Today, it is between 70 and 80. This will undoubtedly change before next year, but we cannot don't bet on it. We must therefore evaluate what will be the best programming based on these logistical questions. In order to have sufficient time for transport by boat, this may require some races to take place on dates other than those on which they are accustomed.
