WRC – Full box for the Rally of Finland

The next round of the World Rally Championship, which takes place in early August, has attracted the largest number of participants so far this season.

There will be a total of 101 cars entered, including 14 World Rally Cars (WRC) ! THE rally of Finland, the next stage of the World Championship, which will take place at the very beginning of August, displays a full list of entrants.

It will also be an opportunity to see the return of certain drivers. Thus, Juho Hänninen, just appointed test pilot Hyundai, will be there at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta RS WRC. On home soil, the Finn will be keen to do well against the official teams. Already present in Sweden, Jarkko Nikara also hopes to shine at home with a Mini WRC prepared by Prodrive. Another local, another Mini: Riku Tahko will also compete in the Finnish special stages. Furthermore, Briton Kris Meeke will replace Khalid Al-Qassimi in the Citroën DS3 WRC. Just like in Italy, Per-Gunnar “PG” Andersson will again have a Ford Fiesta RS available, while the local will have a Mini.

In the WRC2, we will have to take a special look at Jari Ketomaa, Elfyn Evans and Eyving Brynildsen, who will be at the wheel of the new Ford Fiesta R5, which has just been approved.
