Mikko Hirvonen (Ford Focus) set the best time in the first special of this third and final day of the Rally of Great Britain. The Finn takes eight tenths from Sébastien Loeb (Citroën C4) but is still more than twenty-nine seconds behind in the general classification.
In the fight for third place, Petter Solberg (Citroën C4) takes two seconds back from Dani Sordo (Citroën C4) but is twenty-two seconds behind overall.
There are still three stages to go.
