The second day of Rally of Sardinia begins with still summer conditions. Mikko Hirvonen (Ford), second on the road, set the best time ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala.
Sébastien Loeb (Citroën) gave up twelve seconds to Hirvonen and 6??2 to Latvala.
Author of the third time, Henning Solberg seizes fifth position at the expense of Evgeny Novikov.
