Sébastien Loeb achieved his third consecutive scratch time this weekend, setting the best time in the first special of this second day of Rally of Catalonia. The Frenchman regains the sixteen tenths that he was behind Dani Sordo and therefore joins the Spaniard at the top of the general classification. Mikko Hirvonen once again loses more than five seconds on the five-time world champion and finds himself 37??9 in the general classification.
Only the top six in the standings finished this SS7 and, for the moment, Loeb is ahead of Sordo, Hirvonen, Ogier, P. Solberg and Latvala.
