Loeb penalized, Solberg on the podium

The FIA ​​stewards decided to impose a two-minute penalty on Sébastien Loeb for a mistake during his wheel change on Saturday in SS11. The Citroën driver did not respect the rule which says that seat belts must remain fastened as long as the driver is driving.

For evading this rule, the world champion received a two-minute penalty, which dropped him to fourth position. Petter Solberg therefore inherits third place on the podium.
