Luc Alphand, five weeks after his motorbike fall, is doing much better. The pilot of rally-raid and endurance returned to the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital, where he had entered following his fall, in order to do a control scan. “ Scan results are positive, declared Luc Alphand. Everything is in the process of consolidating, the doctor told me. I still have sleep and voice problems, I'm very tired but everything seems to be going in the right direction. The pain is bearable, I still have tingling and sometimes very severe headaches but I have managed to stop the morphine. I still haven't regained all my sensitivity in my fingers but I am hopeful and, in the meantime, I am learning to live this way. »
