Dust and heat in Sardinia

The competitors left the service park at 8:00 a.m. to head south-west of Olbia and the morning loop of three special stages.

The sun has already been shining over Sardinia for a few hours. In the special stages, held at an altitude of 800 meters, the mercury indicates 18°C. On the ground, the temperature is 24°C. There is almost no wind, which should not help dissipate the dust raised by the competitors.
