Räikkönen on asphalt in Italy

Kimi Räikkönen (Citroën C4 WRC), who is competing in his first season in the World Rally Championship this year, will take part in the Rally Lanterna (Italy) in June, reveals MTV3. The Finnish driver, less experienced than his WRC rivals, has nevertheless already shown his burst of speed in the asphalt specials at the start of the season, particularly during the urban super specials. The weekend of June 11-12, the 2007 World Champion of Formula 1 will therefore dispute this rally to increase his experience of driving the C4 on asphalt. It should be accompanied by Sébastien Ogier, who will compete the weekend before the Rally of Sardinia (IRC) around Olbia.
