Tanya Kutsenko appointed dedicated advisor on equality and inclusion within the FIA

The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile continues to work to promote equality and diversity. Friday, the FIA ​​announced the appointment of the Ukrainian Tanya Kutsenko as advisor on equality, diversity and inclusion dedicated to motorsport.

This new position was a promise of the new president Mohammed Ben Sulayem in his electoral program. Tanya Kutsenko previously worked at the Emirates Motorsports Organization and the UAE Automobile and Touring Club.

The new advisor will be in charge of developing the strategy for inclusion, equality and diversity in the world of motorsport. It will have to collaborate with the different national and continental federations to design development plans in each region of the world.

Its mission will also consist of developing actions aimed at promoting access, development and mobility of young people and motorsport professionals at national and regional level.

FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem explains the creation of this new position. “Equality, diversity and inclusion are a key priority of my term as FIA President. In line with our strategy to promote greater diversity, appointing a dedicated and experienced advisor on these issues will enable us to accelerate inclusion and double participation in motorsport. »
