Tom Kristensen, injured at the beginning of January while playing badminton, suffered a torn tendon in his left heel. After undergoing surgery, the record holder for victories in 24 Hours of Le Mans is currently undergoing an intensive rehabilitation program with Audi Motorsport doctor Christian John.
