From Tuesday November 24, the Discovery Channel (channel 40 exclusively on SFR) will offer two series dedicated to automobiles. The first, “The car of my dreams with Ant Anstead” starts from an unusual idea. Presenter Ant Anstead wants to rebuild a Alfa Romeo 158 in order to take it to the Indianapolis (Indiana) circuit from spare parts!

A bold and historic bet because in the calendar of the inaugural season of Formula 1 in 1950, the American oval was the only track not to be trodden by the car Italian. The other 12-episode series follows Mike Brewer across the United States for several meetings with mechanical enthusiasts: NHRA (dragster) champion Antron Brown in Indianapolis, hot rodder Gene Winfield and stock car restorer Bill Rhine in North Carolina.

“The Car of My Dreams with Ant Anstead” : every Tuesday from November 24 at 21:35 p.m. and 22 p.m., 12 episodes of 30 minutes

“On the Road with Mike Brewer” : every Tuesday from November 24 at 20:45 p.m. and 21:10 p.m., 12 episodes of 30 minutes
