The FCA – PSA merger validated by the shareholders

A new step has been taken in the rapprochement between Fiat – Chrysler and the PSA group in recent hours. The general meetings of shareholders of the two entities validated the operation, which should give birth to Stellantis as of January 16.

The listing of Stellantis on the Milan and Paris Stock Exchanges is scheduled to begin on January 18, and the next day in New York in the United States.
