Following a court decision handed down this morning by the Le Mans court, the two Lotus T128s of Colin Kolles' Kodewa team were seized today at 17 p.m.
According to our information, the German team did not respect its financial commitments to one of its partners who, in response, decided to take legal action.
The Kodewa team has until Friday June 21 to resolve this dispute if it hopes to start the next 24 Hours of Le Mans.
