Shortly after the 9 hours of racing, the 100% French Cadillac of JDC Miller driven by Loic duval, Tristan Vautier was the victim of an accident. While braking for the first turn, she was hit by a Porsche of the GTD category in distress before entering another, which damaged the car at the front. Staying in her box for a long time, she lost any chance of victory.
In the standings, the Cadillacs, title holders for several years, seem above the rest on a regular basis. In front since the start of the race, the Americans have been fighting among themselves for the lead.
