A race against the clock for the D'Station Racing team. The Japanese team was the victim of an impressive accident on Wednesday during Free Practice 1 with a crash into the wall after the Esses de la Forêt before being hit head-on by Tower Motorsport. L'Aston Martin #777 was completely destroyed in the accident, forcing the team to throw in the towel for the rest of the day.
This Thursday, D'Station Racing leaves with new hope: the Japanese team received a replacement car during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, imported directly from the United Kingdom. In a post shared on social media, the team gave an update regarding the development of the situation.
“[The Aston Martin] arrived this morning and the team is already working on changing parts and preparing the car. The goal is to participate in today's session. We will keep you posted. We thank you for your support. »
