Winner of the penultimate round of the season, at Laguna Seca, VisitFlorida Racing confirms its current good intentions, since the Ligier JS P217 n°90 signed, in 1'12"660, the best time of the first free practices of the 20th edition of Le Petit Le Mans. A performance to be credited to Ranger van der Zande, who shares the wheel with Marc Goossens and Jonathan Bomarito.
In second place, at 0, we find the No. 033 Cadillac of Wayne Taylor Racing, which is ahead of the No. 10 Oreca 07 of Team Penske, which is 6 behind the reference mark. As a reminder, the latter is entrusted to the trio Helio Castroneves-Juan Pablo Montoya-simon pagenaud. The top five is completed by two other Oreca 07s, namely those entered by JDC-Miller Racing and Rebellion Racing.
