Brendon Hartley and Scott Mayer won their first Grand-Am victory on the Road America circuit, during the VISITFLORIDA.com Sports Car 250. Aboard the No. 8 Starworks Motosport BMW Riley, the two drivers were ahead on the two Action Express Racing Corvette DPs took the podium. In second position, we find the pair Joao Barbosa? Christian Fittipaldi and thirdly brothers Brian and Burt Frisselle.
There were two French people at the start of this race: Sébastien Bourdais and Stéphane Sarrazin, both entered aboard a Corvette DP from 8 Star Motorsports. Associated with Emilio Di Guida, the first city finished in 9th position after starting from 4th place. The second, who shared his wheel with Enzo Potolicchio and Michael Valiante, did not reach the finish after an engine failure.
