The H24 returns to competition in Portimão

H24 Racing's hydrogen-powered prototype will return to competition at the final round of the Michelin season Le Mans Cup, the weekend of October 15-16, alongside the season finale ELMS in Portimao. This will be its first appearance since Road to Le Mans last June and it will be driven by Monegasque Stéphane Richelmi.

40 cars are expected in Portugal for this final meeting of the season. While the LM P3 title was won by the #10 Ligier Racing Spirit of Léman of Alexander Mattschull and Tom Dillmann at Spa-Francorchamps last month, the 32 cars in the category will compete for the last victory of the year in Michelin Le Mans Cup.

The GT3 grid will feature seven cars, with two new teams, Schnitzelalm Racing and Team Parker Racing, joining the series for the final race of the season. The teams' title and automatic invitation to the 24 2023 Hours of Le Mans have already been secured by GMB Motorsport but the drivers' championship will be played out in Portugal between the three Honda NSXs.
