According to our information, it seems that the Pescarolo Team won its case against Julien Jousse, its ex-driver having requested the courts to seize the Pescarolo 03. The latter, having lost his steering wheel for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in favor of the British Stuart Hall (protege of Roald Goethe, owner of the 03), believed that this decision a few days before the race was detrimental to his career.
Consequently, the two Pescarolos (the Dome S102.5 and the 03) will indeed be present this Sunday at the Test day of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
