Gillian Henrion was disappointed to have let victory slip away in Race 1 of the Ligier European Series at Spa-Francorchamps. The Team Virage driver rectified the situation this Saturday afternoon by winning in a Race 2 that was calmer than the first of the day. The Frenchman, championship leader, beat the Romanian Andrei Vajda (Smart Driving) and the duo composed of Jacques Nicolet and Erwin Creed (Les Deux Arbres).
In JS2 R, Haytham Qarajouli also rediscovered the joys of victory after leaving the morning track. The Kuwaiti from RLR MSport got the better of Laurent Millara (M Racing) and Cédric Oltramare (COOL Racing), two other unfortunates in Race 1.
