Olivier Pla improves the reference at the Monza Prologue

Olivier Pla improved the reference time of the Prologue of theELMS in Monza by completing a lap of the Italian circuit in 1'36''461, half a second better than the time set the day before by Graff Racing. The driver of the Idec Sport Racing Ligier JS P217 was almost 3 tenths ahead of the G-Drive Racing Oreca 07 driven by Rojas-Hirakawa-Roussel. The #07 Oreca 39 of Graff Racing from Trouillet-Petit-Guibbert completes the top three at 7 tenths.

In LMP3, it was the No. 3 United Autosports Ligier JS P2 driven by Falb-Rayhall which took the lead with a time of 1'45''219, half a second ahead of the No. 7 of Duqueine Engineering of Borga-Droux. The Norma M30 of Oregon Team of Roda-Capitanio-Mendez was able to return to the track, unlike that of M. Racing – YMR which was damaged the day before after Gwenaël Delomier left the track who suffered a fractured vertebra.

THEAston Martin Beechdean AMR's V8 Vantage led by Howard-Gunn-Turner finished first in the GTE with a time of 1'49''971.
