Prologue – COOL Racing dominates the morning at Castellet

The first practice session of the Prologue of theELMS took place this Monday morning at Le Castellet. On the Paul-Ricard circuit it is the Swiss team COOL Racing from Nicolas lapierre, Niklas Kruetten and Yifei Ye who set the best time in 1:44.375. The French teams stood out with IDEC Sport (Lafargue, Chatin, Pilet) and TDS Racing x Vaillante (Cimadomo, Beche, van der Helm) to complete the overall podium.

COOL Racing also dominated in LM P3 with Smith, Benham and Jakobsen in 1:50.106 ahead of RLR MSport (Jensen, Adcock, Kapadia) and United Autosports (Voisin, Caygille, Gehrsitz). The Iron Lynx team finished the morning at the top of the LMGTE with Schiavoni, Cressoni, Rigon in 1:54.201. Proton Competition (Ried, Ferrari, Bruni) and Absolute Racing (Haryanto, Rump, Picarello) took second and third places in this category.
