2016 winners of the GTE title in ELMS with Andrew Howard, Darren Turner and Alex MacDowall, Aston Martin will put its coronation back on the line this year on the continental scene with a revamped trio.
Under the Beechdean AMR banner, MacDowall will be replaced in the No. 99 Vantage by young 20-year-old official driver Ross Gunn who will make his debut in the championship. The team will also be there during the next 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 17-18), with a crew that should evolve, Turner being entered in the Vantage n°97 in Sarthe and in WEC.
