For its first season in motorsport, Era Motorsport will not finish the season in IMSA. The difficulties encountered due to the health crisis and the injury to Dwight Merriman which occurred 24 Hours of Le Mans thwarted the plans of the American team. As a result, she decided not to participate in the last two rounds of the year.
« Although we are disappointed not to finish our first season in motorsport, it was the right choice, says team owner Kyle Tilley. This year has been chaotic to say the least and the teams have put a lot of effort into continuing to race during this time. ».
Satisfied to have been able to take part in different events during the year, Kyle Tilley indicates that it is time to “ meet " and of " start putting together our program for next year ". A program which will be announced later.
We are sorry to confirm that we have withdrawn from the 2020 @IMSA season in order to focus on our 2021 program, which is coming together as we speak!
