Pillar of BMW's commitment to the GTD category in IMSA, Turner Motorsport will return to the American series in 2019 with an M6 GT3 lined up for the eleven events on the calendar for the duo Bill Auberlen – Robby Foley. Auberlen will return to GT3 after having evolved for a long time in GTLM with the Z4 then M8 in recent years.
The tandem will be supported during the first event of the year, the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 26-27), by the official driver Jens Klingmann and Dillon Machavern.
