A new Ligier range dedicated to leisure driving

After the announcement of the acquisition of Crawford's Motorsport department in the United States at the end of October, Onroak Automotive continues to expand its activities and announces the creation of a new range of Ligier racing cars. The latter is part of a complete project which includes the organization of test days and high-end “Club” races by 2018.

For this new range of cars and services, Phil and Amanda Abbott join Onroak Automotive. Their experience within Radical Sportscars for 18 years will be used to develop high-performance and accessible sports prototypes intended for testing days and exclusive “Club” races.

Onroak Automotive will offer the first range of “Club” cars with carbon chassis to offer the best safety-performance ratio.

“This new range of racing cars and services is aimed at all motorsport enthusiasts, whether they are interested in high-level competition or driving on the circuit with a turnkey offer, indicates Jacques Nicolet, president of Onroak Automotive.

Our desire has always been to offer products and services allowing enthusiasts to participate in simple test days, while having the opportunity to evolve and realize a dream such as racing. 24 Hours of Le Mans. With Phil and Amanda, we now have the ambition to achieve this by 2018.”
